I’ve have had this disease or whatever you want to call it for as long as I can remember. It started with the hands and feet and as I got older my underarms also started to sweat. This sweating does affect your life and I got angry that something like this was influencing my decisions. The sweating can last for hours and is worse in hot weather. It’s especially hard socially, as it stops you from doing some of the things you wish you could do (like holding someone’s hand).
So I made a vow to myself, I was going to take control and straighten things up; if I can do it so can you. So let’s begin.
No matter what part of the body you excessively sweat from it can be reduced (from personal experience the hands are the worst for me). One of the major things you can do to reduce hyperhidrosis is to eat differently. You may have already heard of the things like caffeine and hot spicy foods. Well stay away from these if you do have hyperhidrosis. When I started out I thought I was eating well; I was having things like cooked eggs, pasta, protein shakes and lifting weights stuff like that. I also had tuna fruit and veggies. I didn’t eat junk food or take away and I only eat from home. I stopped having caffeine all together which you must do; you may get withdraw symptoms but you’ll be alright. Now I can say that having that stuff did reduce my sweating quite a bit but later down the road I found a better solution which was easier. RAW FOOD!!! Yeah raw food, I’m talking raw lifestyle. Raw vegetables, fruits, seeds, herbs, spices; stuff like that. Even if you don’t have excessive sweating you should still go raw it’s just incredible how much better you fell and how much healthier you are. Like you may think that it’s normal to die at 70 or 80, well it’s not; you can easily live past 100 and be full of energy. There are people all over the world living past 100, some living till 140. You don’t hear about it because they don’t have the ego to go about telling everyone they mind their own business. Plus eating raw you won’t get sick anymore you can prevent cancer and cure it and feel a whole lot better. If you have a serious disease you can very likely cure yourself of it. Whole raw foods are so much better then cooked foods; they have their entire nutrients intake. Cooking foods kills them. Think about it for a second, never getting sick again felling so good and reducing hyperhidrosis sweat.
So no matter what you chose to do stay away from cheese (it’s like glue in your body it’s no good) and meat. Also no more bread the wheat is bad for you; it causes fungus and a whole host of problems, stay away from it. There are so many good raw delicious foods; just go around your neighbourhood and see. Things like apple, peach, lemon, and date tress. Also wild food is so much more powerful then commercially grown plants. You can eat things like dandelions (look them up very powerful healing plant). Now one of the major things you have to start doing is drinking good water, the tap water you have is horrible. It’s full of chemicals, metals, and chlorine which scar the arteries. It also has fluoride in it which is toxic, stay away from it; and no, the fluoride in tap water doesn’t help your teeth don’t believe everything they tell you. You can get goods water filter here, (http://www.waterontheweb.com/) and also get a shower filter as you breathe in the chlorine through your lungs. From now on only drink water and tea with no milk or sugar just straight up. Stuff like green tea and white tea.
Now to start eating well you need to detox yourself. The first detox you need to do is a colon detox, this is very important don’t skip it. If you just start eating well the bad stuff won’t have a nice clean passage to leave the body so it will get clogged and make you feel quite ill. Colon detox can help with so many problems. What you do is buy and enema put some distilled water in the case; then put some olive oil on the tube. Now as you start getting healthy you have just raw foods. You need a blender, get a vitamix or blendtec they are liquefy the food. Mix 1/3 fruit with 2/3 vegetable. Live on this stuff and water for a little for maybe a month if you can. Only mix green leafy vegetables with fruit nothing else. You are clearing out years of rubbish, you will lose weight which will be mostly fat mostly fat. Your body can live of these foods even though you will be having fewer calories. It gets the nutrients it needs to stay alive. You won’t wither away so don’t listen to anybody. And also always soak your nuts and seeds as they have enzyme inhibitors. Bottom line – Eat clean reduce sweat. Eat around cup a day of nuts 4 liters of water, have your day full of fruits and veggies an equal amount of each or more veggies.
Now you got the food down its time to fix your thoughts. Have you noticed that when you’re relaxed and not thinking about sweating you don’t sweat? Well that’s how you always should be. You need to start changing your thoughts.
First off you need to stop thinking negative because it has a missive impact on your subconscious mind. Here’s an example, two people one is happy and other negative. The happy one doesn’t get angry too much and is cheerful person. He doesn’t dwell upon negative thoughts and he just says to him these thoughts are unimportant, clears his head and knows everything will be OK. The negative person dwells on negative thoughts and is always whining. They keep repeating the negative thoughts in there head and it comes about them in their daily life.
What you have to do is stop dwelling on sweating and start using affirmations, say things like I’m calm, confident and sweat free. Repeat phrases like that every day. Also, visualization is very powerful using it, picture yourself free of sweat and know it to be true. As soon as you get that tiny thought about sweat you have to erase it. It’s unimportant, just clear your mind. Focus on your breaths really try to clear your mind this may be difficult but you have to keep trying. If the thought comes back forget about it clear your mind again, see the thought leaving your head in a bubble. You have to get it into your subconscious that this sweating has finished because your subconscious controls your sweating. This is your Mind control it. You also have mind chatter just randomly going off. You don’t need to listen to it, just listen to your higher self which are peace good thoughts.
So use affirmations, visualize and meditate; that’s the best time you can communicate with your subconscious. Lie down or sit and relax, count down from 10 breathing in then release. Then go to your right leg and relax it. Say to yourself internally, my right leg is heavy and warm so relaxed; breathe in and out and relax. Picture the muscle loosening up and all tension leaving your leg. Do this for all body parts. After that just focus on thoughts picture you doing all the things with a sweat free body. Repeat phrases like, peace happiness and perfect health and visualize the images along with them and feelings.

Have things like sage tea and Saint John’s wort. Do iontophoresis if you sweat from the hands scrub yourself with a loofah where you sweat to allow the pores to breathe.
